What this policy covers

This policy covers the heyisoftware.com website. Each of our apps has its own privacy policy, listed at the end of this page.

What we collect

The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are served from our own server.

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, email address, topic and message. We use them only to reply to you.

Like any web server, our hosting provider keeps access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security, for a limited period.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation needs, and deleted on request.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data. Messages are stored with our hosting provider in Türkiye.

Your rights

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Write to info@heyisoftware.com and we will answer within 30 days.
